HATHA FLOW

Hatha Flow classes are designed specifically for the female body. Classes flow steadily giving you an opportunity to slow down and tune inward while improving your posture, breathing, strength and flexibility.

BEGINNER

Beginner classes are specifically aimed at the yoga rookie. They encompass the traditional principles of Hatha yoga and introduce key asana and breathing techniques to give you an all-round introduction to a yoga practice.

PREGNANCY

Prenatal classes use yoga postures to build strength, stamina and balance, as well as incorporate breath work to help support your body as it changes through pregnancy. Learn techniques to calm the nervous system and help with birth.

MUM & BABY YOGA

Postpartum classes help your body heal and strengthen after birth. Classes relieve tension, improve posture, help to re-build abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, as well as provide positive touch, songs and bonding time with your baby.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes give you the ultimate bespoke class experience. Particularly good if you require rehabilitation from an injury, would like extra attention during pregnancy, require assistance in postnatal recovery, or would prefer not to be in a group class environment.

WORKSHOPS

A yoga workshop can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a general class. Workshops focus on a range of different areas, from delving deeper into a specific yoga practice to preparing for / enhancing a particular activity or sport.
